i count myself very lucky to have been blessed with such a wonderful mum. Through all my life's ups and downs she was always there to support me without judgement, and would be there at a moment's notice when i managed to maim myself (frequently) with something sharp and patch me up or take me to hospital. Throughout my husband's Steve's illness she was there and she always held my hand, psychically and metaphorically.  My mum was one in a trillion and life will be much harder without her by my side. 💔
